EP-Link, as a company contributing to the development of healthcare through the support of medical institutions, established a basic policy for comprehensive information security. EP-Link continuously operates, monitors, reviews, maintains and further improves the implementation of the basic policy.
Also, in order to maintain an information security level based on laws and regulations, EP-Link always endeavors to improve the information security understanding of all directors and employees, and ensures protection of information from unauthorized network access, leakage, alteration and any other infringements.

  1. 1.Thorough compliance
    All directors and employees of EP-Link shall comply with laws, regulations and company rules under high level ethics and responsibilities.
  2. 2.Implementation, monitoring, review, maintenance and improvement of the information security management system
    In order to implement the information security management system, EP-Link shall analyze risks and establish management measures accordingly.
    Also for continuous monitoring, review, maintenance, and improvement, EP-Link shall evaluate the effectiveness of the management measures and review and correct them and take preventative measures as required.
  3. 3.Education and enlightenment
    For thorough practice of the basic policy and management measures, and for improving awareness of information security, EP-Link shall develop and implement education and enlightenment programs.
  4. 4.Establishment of the management system
    EP-Link shall establish the system to manage and promote information security measures for company assets.
  5. 5.Violation
    All directors and employees of EP-Link shall act based on a separate “ISMS Document”. In case of violation, penalty provisions of the work rules are applied.
  6. 6.Establishment of the personal information protection system
    EP-Link shall establish the system to manage and promote security measurement for personal information of all directors and employees of EP-Link and personal information collected and maintained by EP-Link.

EP-Link is in compliance with the following policy in its use of social media.

    As it is used for information purposes only, we do not respond to Comments or Direct Messages (hereinafter referred to as "DM").

    In operating our official X (formerly Twitter) account, we will hide, delete, or reject comments, in whole or in part, as well as block or unfollow the posting account, without prior notice to the commenter, if we deem the comments to be unrelated to the content of the post or to fall under any of the items listed below.
    • - Those that violates or may violate laws and ordinances, etc.
    • - Those against public order and morals.
    • - Those that encourages criminal activities.
    • - Those that defame or slander a specific individual, company, group, etc., or damage the reputation or credibility of a specific individual, company, group, etc.
    • - Those that harm privacy, such as identifying, disclosing, or leaking personal information without the consent of the person in question.
    • - Those that infringes on the intellectual property rights of EP-Link or a third party, such as copyrights, portrait rights, trademarks, etc.
    • - Those that are for profit.
    • - Those that are for political or religious activities.
    • - Those that the application are false or untrue.
    • - Those that discriminate or promote discrimination on the basis of race, ideology, creed, etc.
    • - Comments that are repeatedly posted by the same user with the same or similar content.
    • - Any impersonation of other users, third parties, etc.
    • - Other information that EP-Link deems inappropriate and links that include such content
