EP-Link Co., Ltd. is conducting business as a Site Management Organization (SMO) to support the development of clinical trial infrastructure and clinical trial operations at medical institutions and to contribute to the promotion of appropriate and efficient clinical trials. In light of the enactment and enforcement of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, in addition to the principles of the International Conference on Harmonization of Medicines (ICH), which has been a basic concept for the past Japan, the United States, and the EU, we have established the following personal information protection policy and will comply with it.

    The Company acquires personal information by appropriate and fair means. In addition, when acquiring personal information, we will notify or announce the purpose of use in advance.

    We will handle personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose notified or announced in advance.

    We will take necessary and appropriate safety management measures to manage the acquired personal information, such as preventing leakage, loss, or damage. In addition, we will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision of employees and contractors (including subcontractors, etc.) who handle personal information.

    If the person wishes to inquire about, correct, or delete the personal information, they can make a request using the "Contact Us" form.
    After verifying the person's identity, we will respond based on the procedures separately determined by our company.
