Certified as "Eruboshi" under the Act on the Promotion of Female Participation and Career Advancement in the Workplace

Based on the Act on the Promotion of Female Participation and Career Advancement in the Workplace, we have acquired the third level of certification, the highest level of "Eruboshi Certification," which is issued to companies with excellent status regarding the promotion of women's activities.
We have actively recruited female employees, achieved a high take-up rate of maternity leave and childcare leave, and introduced a shortened working hour system for employees raising children, as well as a flextime system and telecommuting system to create an environment in which employees can work continuously. In addition, the Company is making efforts to promote female employees to managerial positions, strengthen expertise through dedicated departments, and implement education and training programs for career advancement.

Certified as a "Kurumin" childcare support company

We have acquired "Kurumin Certification," which is granted by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare to companies that meet requirements such as formulating action plans and achieving targets based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Children of the Next-Generation Children, as a "company that supports child-rearing.
In addition to utilizing the maternity and childcare leave systems, we have introduced a shorter working hour system for employees raising children in order to create a more comfortable work environment. Furthermore, following the revision of the Child Care and Family Care Leave Law that came into effect in April 2022, we are working to improve the rate of male employees taking childcare leave by providing training for managers and spreading awareness internally through newsletters on childcare leave and postpartum paternity leave. In the 24th fiscal year (October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023), 35.7% of applicable male employees took childcare leave.We will strive to further improve the acquisition rate.
Other ongoing measures to improve the working environment include measures to encourage employees to raise the rate of taking annual paid leave and the institutionalization of flextime and telecommuting.
