Certified as a Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2025 (Large Enterprise Category)

We are pleased to announce that EP-Link Co., Ltd. started implementing health-oriented management practices in the fiscal year 2024, and has been certified in the fiscal year 2025 as a 'Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2025 (Large Enterprise Category)', a program by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council that recognizes companies promoting employee health and productivity.

Health and productivity management refers to viewing employees' health as an important management resource and proactively working to maintain and improve it.

EP-Link believes that the health of each and every employee is directly linked to the sustainable growth and development of the company. EP-Link regards the maintenance and promotion of employees’ physical and mental health, along with the realization of a workplace environment where each staff member can work with purpose in safety and security, as key issues, and are actively engaged in initiatives related to occupational health and safety management.

EP-Link's efforts include a wide range of initiatives such as improving healthy workplace environments, strengthening mental health measures, providing support for balancing work with childcare, and addressing women's health issues.

Being physically and mentally healthy greatly contributes to improved productivity and the demonstration of creativity, and ultimately becomes the driving force behind the company as a whole. The health of every employee is an important element that shapes EP-Link's future.

Going forward, EP-Link will continue to create an environment where employees can work actively, engage in activities befitting a Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization, and strive to further promote health and productivity management.
