Sustainability Multi-stakeholder Policy

EP-Link recognizes that in corporate management, it is important to co-create value not only with shareholders but also with a diverse range of stakeholders, including employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and the local community. Accordingly, EP-Link engages in appropriate collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Based on this perspective, which holds that ensuring appropriate distribution of profits and outcomes generated through value co-creation and productivity improvement to multiple stakeholders leads to sustained wage growth momentum and continuous economic development, EP-Link will advance the following initiatives while emphasizing the importance of returns to employees and considerations for business partners.

Returns to Employees

EP-Link is committed to sustainable growth and productivity improvement by prioritizing the allocation of management resources to growing areas, developing employees' abilities, and enhancing skill levels, with a focus on maximizing added value. Based on the profits and achievements generated, EP-Link will raise wages in accordance with the "fundamental principles of wage determination," using appropriate methods tailored to the company's situation. In addition to wage increases, as part of comprehensive improvements to employment conditions, EP-Link will actively pursue initiatives — centered on education and training — that enhance employee engagement and further improve productivity, thereby aiming for the sustained return of benefits to employees.

EP-Link has established a training system consisting of general training and specialized education, and we will continue to foster talent with advanced skills and a strong business mindset.

Consideration for business partners

EP-Link will continue to make efforts to comply with the content of the Partnership Building Declaration. In addition, if the publication of the Partnership Building Declaration on the portal site is discontinued, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of the Multi-Stakeholder Policy.
